- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- R&D Management: Lead a cross-functional team of researchers and developers in experimental projects aimed at solving future market challenges.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, system engineering, or technical consulting, with a proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated experience in researching and implementing next-generation technologies relevant to the 2026 timeframe (e.g., AI integration, IoT expansion).
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to mentor teams, manage projects, and communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
