Qualifications

- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with futuristic tech stacks, including quantum computing interfaces or advanced neural networks.
