- Establish ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Create blueprints for decentralized identity and data sovereignty networks
- Integrate biometric authentication with zero-trust architectures
- Develop predictive maintenance protocols for self-healing smart cities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling systems for 10M+ concurrent users
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on future tech implementations
- Certification in Quantum Security Architecture (QSA) or equivalent
- Experience with carbon-negative data center design principles
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- PhD in Computer Science or related field with focus on 2026 tech horizons
