Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle and beyond, aligning with business objectives.
- R&D Leadership: Lead and direct research projects in emerging fields such as AI-driven autonomy and spatial computing.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance microservices and distributed systems capable of handling global scale.
- Prototyping: Spearhead the creation of Proof-of-Concept (PoC) solutions to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning within the engineering squad.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to integrate complex tech stacks into user-centric products.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or lead role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Future-Forward Skills: Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, blockchain integration, or quantum computing concepts is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver robust technical solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
