Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design resilient, scalable, and secure infrastructure frameworks for products launching in 2026 and beyond.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum Algorithms.
- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and architects, conducting rigorous code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols to protect sensitive data in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Programming: Proficiency in high-performance languages such as Rust, Go, Python, or C++.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and apply them to practical business solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
