Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Lead the development of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging tech trends like AGI, quantum computing, and advanced biotech integration.
- AI Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI infrastructure, ensuring high performance and ethical AI governance.
- Innovation Management: Identify, evaluate, and prototype disruptive technologies to maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive leadership and investors.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of futurists, data scientists, and systems architects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, artificial intelligence, or strategic technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Cognitive Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to foresee industry shifts and adapt rapidly.
- Communication: Proven ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
