Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic architectural planning for the 2026 transition, ensuring our infrastructure supports next-gen Agentic AI workflows and autonomous agents.
- Quantum-Ready Design: Develop cloud-native architectures that are scalable and future-proof, specifically designed to integrate with emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration of legacy systems to high-performance edge computing networks, ensuring zero-latency data processing.
- AI Governance: Establish ethical frameworks and technical guardrails for Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure compliance and safety in autonomous systems.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex futuristic technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Software Architecture, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML infrastructure and cloud scalability.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, Kubernetes, and distributed systems. Familiarity with Quantum computing libraries is a major plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and design systems 3-5 years ahead of the market curve.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term scalability and resilience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
