Responsibilities
- Architect Resilient Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance infrastructure capable of supporting next-gen AI workloads and quantum-ready protocols.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and industry standards.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, advanced LLMs) to drive competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous coding standards and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Disaster Recovery & Security: Oversee the development of disaster recovery plans and ensure enterprise-grade security postures for all deployed systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, cloud infrastructure, or software engineering.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, Go, and distributed systems. Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- AI & ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, Neural Networks, and Large Language Model (LLM) integration.
- Quantum Readiness: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts, quantum cryptography, or hybrid quantum-classical architectures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
