Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the Project 2026 initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Infrastructure Design: Design scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-based infrastructure to support future growth.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to identify emerging technologies and integrate them into our ecosystem.
- Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of system performance, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Risk Management: Assess technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture and systems engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and AI integration.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or PMP are a plus.
