Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-availability, scalable architectures capable of supporting exponential data growth and future-proofing our infrastructure.
- Lead the Research & Development (R&D) efforts for Project 2026, focusing on sustainable, energy-efficient data centers and neuromorphic computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategy, roadmaps, and architectural standards.
- Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and integration strategies for seamless deployment.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and operational efficiency across all global clusters.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Cloud Computing, or Enterprise Software Engineering.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and architectural migrations.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
