Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for Project 2026, aligning with business objectives.
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Lead architectural reviews and provide mentorship to senior engineering teams.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and high availability (99.99% uptime).
- Collaborate with data science teams to integrate machine learning models into core production systems.
- Drive technical decision-making regarding cloud infrastructure, legacy migration, and API design.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to innovate continuously.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Proven track record of architecting solutions for high-scale, high-concurrency applications.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and deployment pipelines (MLOps).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
