Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design scalable, high-performance software architectures capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing by 2026.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of Generative AI models into core operational systems to drive autonomous decision-making.
- System Optimization: Oversee the transition to edge computing environments, ensuring low-latency performance for real-time applications.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and ethical coding practices.
- Future-Proofing: Conduct research and prototyping for emerging technologies such as neuromorphic computing and quantum-ready software stacks.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in full-stack software development, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, Go, and modern JavaScript frameworks. Familiarity with cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of deploying machine learning models into production environments.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
