Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable architectures for generative AI models and quantum-adjacent computing environments.
- Research Integration: Translate cutting-edge research papers from 2025/2026 into production-ready code and system designs.
- Neural Interface Prototyping: Develop prototypes for human-machine interfaces (HMI) and brain-computer connectivity systems.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI development, ensuring transparency and bias mitigation in all systems.
- System Optimization: Optimize latency and throughput for high-frequency trading and real-time data processing systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and hardware engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Future-Proofing: Continuously assess emerging tech trends (e.g., Synthetic Data, Neuromorphic Computing) and integrate viable solutions into the core stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. A focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Mechanics is highly preferred.
- Technical Expertise: 5+ years of experience in software architecture with a focus on high-scale distributed systems.
- AI Mastery: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and reinforcement learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Quantum Fundamentals: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts, Qiskit, or similar libraries is a plus.
