Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant system architectures that can handle the demands of the 2026 tech landscape.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of generative AI models into core infrastructure to enhance automation and efficiency.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and long-term roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging technologies.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead high-level code reviews and mentor senior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to optimize system latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, and experience with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning principles and experience integrating AI APIs into production systems.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, distributed system issues.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving technical decisions.
