Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement resilient, scalable system architectures tailored for 2026 AI and quantum integration requirements.
- Pilot Emerging Technologies: Evaluate and prototype bleeding-edge technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced LLMs) to determine viability for production deployment.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the technical roadmap for the 2026 product cycle, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor senior engineers and junior developers on best practices in distributed systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong background in Machine Learning pipelines and experience integrating AI models into production environments.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and optimizing system performance under high load.
