Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the architectural strategy for our upcoming flagship products, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Design Resilient Systems: Architect high-performance, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling billions of transactions, utilizing microservices and serverless paradigms.
- Drive AI Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of generative AI and machine learning models into core infrastructure, optimizing for latency and cost.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a world-class team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with product management to translate vision into reality.
- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging technologies and trends (e.g., Quantum-ready computing, edge AI) and evaluate their applicability to our 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience in cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Mastery: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and RAG pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to design scalable solutions for ambiguous and undefined problems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing technical debt.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
