Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to align technical capabilities with the company's vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable systems capable of supporting next-gen AI integration and data analytics.
- Lead Innovation R&D: Identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, edge AI) and prototype viable solutions for internal deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to strict security protocols and industry compliance standards.

Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record of leading technology roadmaps (5+ year planning horizon).
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and machine learning infrastructure.
