Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the high-level technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap and infrastructure evolution.
- Lead the architectural design of complex, distributed systems, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) and recommend integration strategies.
- Mentor and coach senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Security) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain code quality and system integrity.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading the migration and scaling of enterprise-grade systems.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (Python, Go, Rust, TypeScript).
- Experience with data engineering pipelines and machine learning infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
