Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies, including generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity and security.
- Stay abreast of global technological trends to proactively identify and mitigate future risks.
- Drive the adoption of cloud-native practices and DevOps methodologies to accelerate deployment cycles.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with hands-on experience in designing microservices architectures.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex technical transformations and legacy system modernization.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models.
- Strong background in cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
