In this pivotal role, you will define the core technology stack that powers the next generation of intelligent, autonomous platforms. As a key member of our elite engineering team, you will bridge the gap between theoretical innovation and scalable, production-ready systems. You will collaborate with AI researchers, quantum computing specialists, and product leaders to build resilient, high-performance architectures that can withstand the demands of a connected world.
Responsibilities
- Design Scalable Architectures: Architect and design end-to-end system solutions that integrate Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and next-gen cloud infrastructure.
- Pioneer Emerging Tech: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum computing primitives, advanced edge computing) to prepare for the 2026 technology landscape.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, conducting code reviews and architectural reviews to ensure code quality and system integrity.
- Optimize Performance: Drive initiatives to reduce latency, increase throughput, and optimize resource utilization across distributed systems.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure all systems adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic Roadmap: Contribute to the long-term technical vision, defining technical milestones for the 2026 product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI & Data: Proven experience integrating AI/ML models into production environments and understanding of data pipelines.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or C++.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
