Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural strategy for the 2026 Horizon initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Design and oversee the deployment of complex, distributed systems that prioritize security, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential to disrupt current market standards.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain high standards of quality.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in cloud computing, AI integration, and quantum-ready infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, mission-critical systems.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration patterns and future tech trends.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or similar are a plus.
