Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and post-quantum cryptography
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent practical innovation portfolio
- Published research in IEEE journals on autonomous systems or AI ethics
- Proficiency in distributed ledger technologies and zero-knowledge proofs
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware development (IBM TrueNorth, Loihi)
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
