Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record leading complex projects with $10M+ budgets
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on future computing paradigms
- Certification in Quantum Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for AI/quantum deployment (NIST, ISO 21400)
