Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-availability, distributed system architectures capable of scaling to millions of users.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning models into core production environments.
- Optimize neural network training pipelines and inference latency for real-time applications.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity protocols and data privacy standards are met for future regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Research) to translate abstract concepts into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of professional experience in backend engineering, system design, or cloud architecture.
- Deep proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or Java.
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning operations (MLOps) and data pipeline management.
- Experience with distributed databases and event-driven architecture.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
