- Develop migration plans from legacy systems to next-gen architectures
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype emergent technologies (neuromorphic chips, photonic computing)
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and algorithmic transparency
- Optimize systems for sustainability and energy efficiency in distributed computing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography, distributed ledgers, and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record designing systems for >10M concurrent users with <50ms latency
- Advanced knowledge of AI/ML deployment in production environments
- Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP quantum services and specialized security protocols
- Experience with carbon-neutral system design and green computing principles
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with specialization in emerging tech
