- Strong background in AI/ML integration and quantum computing principles
- Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP and TOGAF/SAFe
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (GDPR, CCPA 2.0)
- Published research or patents in future systems or quantum applications
