Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive industry transformations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state business architectures
- Quantify market readiness for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bio-convergence)
- Produce actionable strategic roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Present insights to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Economics, Data Science, or Strategic Foresight
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Proficiency in Python/R, Tableau, and predictive modeling tools
- Demonstrated experience with long-term horizon planning (2025+)
- Published thought leadership in future-of-work or technology disruption
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ strategic frameworks implemented for 2020+ initiatives
