Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 corporate vision roadmap through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core business models
- Develop predictive frameworks for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry influencers
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into revenue-generating initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic risk modeling
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- Experience advising C-suite on 5-10 year strategic trajectories
