Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Craft a comprehensive strategic roadmap that aligns with company goals and market opportunities for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to execute the strategic vision.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging trends, competitor movements, and technological advancements to inform decision-making.
- Innovation Management: Identify and prototype disruptive technologies that can give Apex Horizon a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex strategic concepts into actionable insights for all levels of the organization.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and adjust course as needed.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee the strategic deployment of capital and human resources to maximize ROI on long-term projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or executive consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing and executing successful long-term strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and influence stakeholders at the executive level.
