Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and market disruptions with 3-5 year impact
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and economic uncertainties affecting tech adoption
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through data-driven visualizations and compelling narratives
- Oversee implementation of strategic initiatives with measurable KPIs for innovation velocity and market penetration
- Build and maintain external partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy with proven 2020s impact
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or synthetic biology
- Track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Exceptional data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario modeling expertise
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or strategic foresight methodologies
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation journals
- Experience working in agile environments with rapid iteration cycles
