Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into strategic planning
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term innovation impact
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor teams in strategic foresight methodologies and emerging tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures studies preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- PhD or Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
