Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis

- Partner with product teams to identify 3-5 year market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional data visualization and executive presentation skills
- Experience managing innovation budgets and P&L responsibility
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published author or speaker at industry conferences
