Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Architect Future-Ready Solutions: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures capable of integrating next-generation AI and machine learning models.
- Predictive Technology Analysis: Continuously research, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Edge Computing, Blockchain, Generative AI) to determine their viability for enterprise integration.
- Infrastructure Modernization: Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy systems to ensure seamless interoperability with future platforms.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and microservices architecture.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML integration patterns, blockchain fundamentals, or quantum computing concepts.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering long-term technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
