Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable AI infrastructure capable of evolving with the technological landscape leading up to 2026.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision and roadmap for integrating emerging technologies, including generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor and manage a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with evolving global regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead experimental projects to prototype and validate concepts for the 2026 tech stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within high-tech environments.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed cloud systems (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Future Tech Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt architectures for future technologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Professional certification in Cloud Architecture or AI Engineering is a plus.
