Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and architectural design for AI systems that will define our industry in 2026 and beyond.
- Predictive Modeling: Develop and oversee advanced predictive algorithms to forecast market trends and user behavior with high accuracy.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuro-Symbolic AI) and integrate them into our core product suite.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive stakeholders and investors.
- Security & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to global ethical standards and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and executing on them.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical vision.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, large-scale engineering problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.
