Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures capable of handling complex, multi-modal data streams.
- Lead the integration of LLMs with physical robotics and IoT devices for autonomous decision-making.
- Develop and optimize inference engines to ensure low-latency performance in real-time environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Ensure ethical AI compliance and bias mitigation in algorithm design.
- Conduct rigorous testing of AI agents in simulation and real-world scenarios.
- Write high-quality, maintainable code using Python, Rust, and C++.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on large language models or reinforcement learning.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying AI models into production environments at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
