Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and deploy scalable AI architectures optimized for the high-performance demands of 2026 computing environments.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and implementation of efficient deep learning models, focusing on inference speed and reduced latency.
- Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with product leaders to translate the 2026 strategic vision into technical roadmaps and deliverables.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI bias mitigation, data privacy, and responsible algorithmic transparency.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Cloud Architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale engineering challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
