Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end design of complex AI and machine learning systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with 2026 industry standards.
- Innovation Strategy: Research and prototype cutting-edge technologies, specifically focusing on generative models and autonomous agents.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional product teams to translate high-level business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, latency, and resource efficiency.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 2 years in a senior architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and natural language processing.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
