The 2026 Vision: We are moving beyond the hype cycle into the era of Autonomous Systems. You will be responsible for ensuring our architecture is resilient, scalable, and ready for the quantum and AI integration of the future.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement the long-term technical strategy to support our 2026 vision, focusing on autonomous systems and predictive analytics.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI into our core product suite to enhance user experience.
- System Scalability: Engineer highly scalable microservices and distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data flows.
- Tech Stack Governance: Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies (Web3, Edge Computing, Quantum-safe cryptography) and oversee their adoption.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of 10+ senior engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee the implementation of robust security protocols to ensure data sovereignty and privacy in a decentralized future.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize system latency and throughput to meet the demands of real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior or architect-level role.
- Core Tech: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with proven experience in Cloud Native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- AI/ML Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and familiarity with MLOps pipelines.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and API development.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: A passion for exploring emerging technologies and a proven track record of adapting to rapid industry changes.
