Responsibilities

- Technology Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Edge AI) to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Team Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Lead the migration and optimization of systems on AWS/Azure, ensuring zero downtime and optimal cost-efficiency.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture or lead technical roles.
- Core Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered technical challenges.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
