Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation AI infrastructure optimized for 2026 computational standards, including quantum-ready neural networks.
- Lead the design of scalable MLOps pipelines to ensure high availability and fault tolerance for mission-critical AI applications.
- Collaborate with Research Scientists to translate complex algorithms into robust, production-grade software architectures.
- Implement advanced data governance and security protocols to protect proprietary training data.
- Drive technical strategy for the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into real-time autonomous decision systems.
- Conduct performance benchmarking and optimization to reduce latency in distributed AI environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI infrastructure and machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and high-performance computing frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience designing microservices architectures that support rapid iteration and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of leading complex technical initiatives from concept to completion.
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
