Job Description
We are not just building software for today; we are architecting the infrastructure for the year 2026. At Horizon 2026 Labs, we are pioneers in next-gen generative AI and autonomous systems. We are seeking a visionary Future-Ready AI Architect to lead our strategic roadmap, ensuring our platforms are resilient, scalable, and prepared for the technological singularity of the mid-2020s.
In this high-impact role, you will define the architectural vision for our proprietary LLMs and predictive algorithms. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade engineering, working with a team of elite engineers to deploy systems that think, adapt, and evolve.
Why Join Us?
- Future-First Culture: We operate on a 2026 roadmap, focusing on technologies that will define the next decade.
- Global Impact: Your work will power the next generation of intelligent agents.
- Elite Compensation: Top-tier salary and equity packages for top-tier talent.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and architectural design for long-term AI initiatives, anticipating future technological shifts.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust MLOps pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams and millions of concurrent users.
- Generative AI Leadership: Spearhead the development and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible deployment.
- Cross-Functional Innovation: Collaborate with quantum computing researchers and data scientists to integrate cutting-edge algorithms into core products.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refine inference latency and model accuracy to ensure real-time responsiveness.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep Technical Expertise: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade machine learning systems.
- Language Proficiency: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow; experience with Rust or Go for high-performance systems.
- LLM & NLP: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and fine-tuning strategies.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Kubernetes and serverless architectures.
- Visionary Mindset: Ability to think abstractly about future trends (AGI, autonomous agents) and translate them into concrete engineering roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
