- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure all AI deployments comply with regulatory standards.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI architecture or machine learning engineering.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and database architecture.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Proven track record of working on cutting-edge projects involving Generative AI or Large Language Models.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
