Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning long-term vision with quarterly execution.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of macro-economic trends and emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to forecast their impact on our sector.
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to cultivate a culture of forward-thinking and adaptability.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential acquisition targets or strategic partnerships to accelerate our 2026 goals.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our future-readiness initiatives.
- Advise the C-Suite on risk management strategies related to future market volatility.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Studies, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, futurism, or high-level management consulting.
- Proven track record of leading organizational transformation and navigating complex change management scenarios.
