Core Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructure optimized for production environments.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers and data scientists to pioneer research in 2026-ready technologies such as Multimodal Agents and Neural Symbolic AI.
- Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and model training to inference optimization and deployment.
- Establish best practices for model governance, fairness, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Conduct technical due diligence on emerging AI frameworks and hardware accelerators.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying high-performance LLMs and generative models at scale.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Strong understanding of AI safety, alignment, and robustness principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
