- Lead the transformation of our workforce capabilities to align with future digital ecosystems.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical roadmaps into clear business strategies.
- Establish governance frameworks for data privacy and ethical AI adoption in the 2026 context.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in IT Strategy, Digital Transformation, or Future of Work consulting.
- Proven expertise in strategic planning, change management, and emerging tech assessment.
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures, AI/ML integration, and Web3 technologies.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
