- Lead the integration of Generative AI and automation tools across departments to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop comprehensive upskilling and reskilling programs to prepare employees for the roles of tomorrow.
- Design and manage hybrid work models that balance flexibility with collaboration.
- Conduct market research on emerging workplace trends and benchmark against industry leaders.
- Collaborate with HR and IT to implement secure and scalable digital infrastructure.
- Drive change management initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in organizational strategy, HR technology, or Future of Work consulting.
- Deep understanding of the technological landscape projected for 2026, including AI ethics and remote-first models.
- Proven track record of implementing successful digital transformation strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and forecast workforce trends.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced degree (MBA or Masterβs in Organizational Psychology, Business, or Technology) preferred.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
