Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 vision for AI adoption across all departments, identifying high-impact use cases.
- AI Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and automation tools to enhance productivity.
- Workforce Transformation: Lead initiatives to upskill and reskill employees, ensuring the human workforce evolves alongside AI.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary evangelist for digital transformation, presenting complex strategies to C-suite executives and board members.
- Process Optimization: Audit current workflows and redesign them for the future, removing bottlenecks introduced by legacy systems.
- Risk Mitigation: Establish ethical guidelines and compliance frameworks for the use of predictive AI and data analytics.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in strategic consulting, HR technology, or Operations Management with a focus on digital transformation.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI technologies, machine learning basics, and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, UiPath, or enterprise AI suites).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change in complex environments.
