You will be responsible for identifying emerging technologies that will redefine how we work and live, and embedding them into our core operational frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic roadmap for integrating emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) into core business processes.
- Conduct in-depth market research to predict and prepare for technological shifts leading up to 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable infrastructure for future digital demands.
- Develop training programs to upskill the workforce for the automated and intelligent systems of tomorrow.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in emerging tech sectors and propose mitigation strategies.
- Represent Nexus Horizon at industry forums focusing on the future of technology and workforce evolution.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D management.
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and automation trends projected for the mid-2020s.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into executive summaries.
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP) or AI Strategy are highly preferred.
