Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or management consulting.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentation.
- Experience leading change management in high-growth tech environments.
